As we approach the 249th Anniversary of the signing of the American Declaration of Independence on July 4, 2025, we have been blessed to be alive for one of the most historic, exciting and inspiring series of events last week with HISTORIC STEPS TOWARD PEACE AND FREEDOM ON ALL FRONTS—medical, economic, religious, legal. This newsletter is longer than usual because I felt it was critically important, just ahead of Independence Day 2025, to recognize and give some of my perspective on the absolutely stunning number of MAJOR accomplishments in just one week since June 21. President Trump and his dedicated team of America First warriors have done phenomenal work on all these fronts –more than I thought possible in a year, much less one week!
LANDMARK SCOTUS RULINGS: High court restores core legal and religious freedom principles, proper use of taxpayer funds, announced June 27 :
A RETURN TO Constitutional legal principles with seismic SCOTUS ruling on CASA that ended nationwide injunctions imposed by rogue politically appointed district court judges injecting their personal ideological political agenda to block the will of the American people who elected President Trump with a mandate to carry out the America First agenda. The establishment/deep state essentially has now lost their main weapon in trying to stop Trump’s constitutional executive authority. Judicial lawfare just took a huge blow, and it couldn’t come soon enough in my view. This is a MASSIVE win for the Trump administration, the rule of law, and the will of the American voters.
It would be well worth your time to read Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s brilliant and scathing majority opinion to end these unconstitutional nationwide injunctions. Justice Barrett is particularly hard-hitting in her rebuke to dissenting Justice Ketanji Jackson: "We will not dwell on JUSTICE JACKSON’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: JUSTICE JACKSON decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary."SCOTUS validated Texas’ age-verification process to access on-line pornography sites, which is a needed step toward reining in one of the most psychologically destructive addictions that has exploded in recent decades. While I think much more needs to be done on this front, this SCOTUS ruling sets a precedent for other states beyond Texas to implement barriers to protect vulnerable children from open access to hard core pornography.
SCOTUS reiterated the core principle of federalism with the ruling that individual states have the right to defund Planned Parenthood and prevent use of taxpayer funds for private abortion services. As a physician, this is something I have pushed for over many years, particularly since Planned Parenthood has been profiting from fees charged for these abortion services, and bringing in additional revenue selling human body parts harvested from the abortions!
In a case brought in Montgomery County Maryland by Muslim, Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox parents objecting on religious grounds to their children being forced to participate in using schoolbooks normalizing and promoting LGBT and gender-transition propaganda, SCOTUS affirmed parental right under the First Amendment and required that schools provide notice to parents and an opt-out option when using such materials.
MILITARY SUCCESS AND PEACE DEALS:
President Trump ordered the US military to launch a highly complex and successful US military strike to destroy Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities, setting back their nuclear program by several years.
Within approximately 48 hours of the successful US strike, President Trump announced Iran and Israel agreed to a peace deal ending the 12 Day War.
President Trump announced a peace agreement between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Republic of Rwanda and hosted their Foreign Ministers in the Oval Office ending the 30 year war between Rwanda and the Congo that in a critically important move, also secures access to rare earth minerals for the US previously controlled by China. Between Congo and Rwanda, they control 80% of the world’s cobalt, tantalum, and lithium, critical minerals used in electric vehicles, smartphones missiles and AI chips. Trump’s envoy, Massad Boulous, brokered a minerals-for-peace deal that gives the US access to $24 trillion in untapped mineral resources, a disaster for China and huge win for America’s freedom from dependence on China for these rare earth elements.
While the media was focused on NATO, SCOTUS, NYC and Iran, brokered ANOTHER peace deal and at the same time flipped the entire global minerals race on its head! Incredible.On Tuesday, President Trump attended the NATO summit and secured a historic increase in NATO members commitment (except Spain) to spend 5% of respective GDPs on defense. This finally relieves some of the burden on hard-working American taxpayers who were paying for defense of European countries so they could have short work weeks and subsidized medical care and lower prescription costs than Americans enjoy! It’s about time!
MAKING AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN – PROGRESS UNDER HHS SECRETARY KENNEDY:
Ending the Prior Authorization/Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) roadblocks to medical services and Rx medications. This move has been urgently needed – it was unconscionable in my medical opinion that Obama allowed these previously unlawful “kickbacks” to insurance companies and big Pharma with these non-medical middlemen blocking medical services and medications physicians prescribed for patients. IN A MAJOR MOVE THAT I APPLAUD, HHS Secretary Kennedy announced this week that he has ENDED more than $8 billion US taxpayer dollars in funding for GAVI, Gates’ Global Vaccine Alliance (3:44).. In his post on X June 25, RFK Jr. said this:
“In its zeal to promote universal vaccination, @gavi, the Vaccine Alliance has neglected the key issue of vaccine safety. When vaccine safety issues have come before GAVI, it has treated them not as a patient health problem, but as a public relations problem. During the COVID-19 pandemic, GAVI partnered with the World Health Organization to recommend best practices for social media companies to silence dissenting views and to stifle free speech and legitimate questions during that period. GAVI should consider the best science available, even when that science contradicts established paradigms. It should define success not just in terms of the number of vaccines delivered, but on their rigorously measured overall impacts. I call on GAVI to re-earn the public trust and to justify the $8 billion dollars that America has provided in funding since 2001. Until that happens the United States won’t contribute more to GAVI. Business as usual is over.”
GAVI, begun by Bill Gates in 2000 and also involving WHO and incestuous ties to Big Pharma, has been presented to the public as “philanthropy” but in reality functions as an NGO largely funded by US taxpayers—to the tune of billions over the last 25 years—without any oversight, safety data analysis or accountability for how the funds were used. GAVI in its grandiose description of itself says it “saves the world” by providing vaccines to poor countries to “save the kids” –but in reality it has functioned to siphon off taxpayer money and enrich globalists and Big Pharma while pushing vaccines on countries whether they need them or not, and with no long-term safety or efficacy studies.
In fact, in my medical opinion, many serious adverse effects of vaccines pushed by GAVI –such as the sterility of young girls in Africa and India—has been totally covered up and prevented from public scrutiny. As a physician I have been concerned about GAVI’s dark agenda for many years, but it has not been until now that someone at the top in the US public health arena has had the courage to stop the taxpayer largess that kept profits flowing to Big Pharma while GAVI carried out mass vaccinations with harmful effects.
MAKING AMERICA PROSPEROUS AGAIN:
Major Breakthroughs in US-China Trade Negotiations. The critical minerals standoff just ended with a breakthrough agreement in which President Trump secured THREE key commitments from Beijing the media isn't reporting: Commitment #1: China agreed to resume rare earth exports "up front" through an expedited licensing system. Commitment #2: China accepted a massive tariff imbalance: only 10% tariffs on US goods coming into China, while accepting 55% US tariffs on Chinese products. Commitment #3 is likely the most revealing. China agreed to "work closely together" to open their markets to American trade.
President Trump indicated a longer-term strategic initiative during the China trade deal announcement, so stay tuned for more on this huge development: "We have one coming up maybe with India. Very big one,” he said. India just became the world's 4th largest economy with $4.19 trillion GDP, surpassing Japan. Indian investment has already created 425,000 American jobs and $40 billion in direct investment. Bilateral trade reached $191 billion in 2022, targeting $500 billion by 2030. A trade with India can be a critical alternative to American dependence on Chinese supply chains, which would improve national security in many ways.
Record highs in the US stock market that demolishes the media doom-and-gloom dire predictions about Trump’s “damage” to the economy with tariffs.
Elon Musk and Tesla rolled out the world’s first self-driving car that delivered itself from the plant to its new owner in Austin TX, reaching a max speed of 72 mph and navigating Austin traffic! Amazing!
MAKING AMERICA SAFE AGAIN:
Governor DeSantis takes bold action in support of President Trump’s America First agenda with Florida’s new “Alligator Alcatraz” detention facility, which will be funded by Biden’s illegal diversion of taxpayer funds to pay for illegal aliens luxury hotels across America. (in my view a true manifestation of karmic justice).
ICE continues the critically important and urgently needed crack-down on sanctuary cities and deportations of criminal illegal aliens, further empowered by the June 27 SCOTUS ruling ending nationwide injunctions that were blocking the constitutionally sound Executive actions to enforce federal immigration laws.
The last week of June has been a momentous week for the kinds of multi-faceted progress I had hoped to see under President Trump’s second term, and at a faster pace that I dreamed possible. I see accelerating and inspiring progress in the battle against the evil forces have sought to destroy our God-given freedom and our way of life. So this is an especially meaningful Independence Day celebration coming up this year!
This is a time for each of us to fully commit to use God’s gift of free will to put on the full armor of God, STAND STRONG, SPEAK BOLDLY, SPEAK TRUTH, ACT IN FAITH, and choose healthy actions to take care of your body, the Temple of the Holy Spirit through which we serve Him in this world.
