America is not spared from the WHO’s latest assault on medical freedom, the World Health Organization quietly passed the global pandemic treaty—without public participation or informed consent. The WHO Pandemic Treaty is set to take effect at the end of May 2025, well ahead of President Trump’s stated plan for the US to exit the WHO in 2026. Even if the US leaves the WHO, we will not escape the draconian controls set in place by this new WHO Pandemic Treaty, because the US is still a signer to the 2005 International Health Regulatory and the Biden Administration locked America into the more draconian IHR amendments adopted in May 2024.
